Use of the website jhonny.co.il and the services and content of ASK JHONNY (the "Service") is subject to the following terms. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is an educational brand in the field of AI and automation, offering free content and guides as well as paid content (workshops, courses, and webinars). We may modify, add to, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.

3 Eligibility & registration

Use of the Service is permitted from age 18 (or with parental/guardian consent). When registering, you must provide accurate, complete details and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4 Instagram interaction

Part of the Service operates through Instagram: when you comment on a post or send a message, we may reply with a message (including automatically) to deliver the content you requested. Communication is user-initiated and consent-based, and can be stopped at any time. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta or Instagram.

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, attempt to disrupt or breach systems, or copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

6 Intellectual property

All content in the Service (text, video, designs, learning materials) is owned by the operator and protected by copyright. Purchasing paid content grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or resell the content.

7 Payments & pricing

Prices are shown in ILS and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our provider Sumit, subject to its terms. A lawful invoice is issued upon purchase.

8 Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation rights are provided in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Digital content and online services may be subject to specific cancellation terms, which will be detailed at the time of purchase. 9 No warranty / no results guarantee

The Service and content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts for accuracy and quality, but we do not guarantee any business or personal outcome from using the content. Use of the content is at your own responsibility.

10 Limitation of liability

Subject to law, the operator's total liability for any damage arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant content. The operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

12 Governing law & jurisdiction
